Privacy policy
MoraKass MediaCore ("the Company") protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. Effective October 4, 2026.
1. Data collected and purpose

2. Retention
- Talent pool: 3 years from registration; where a transaction occurred, the statutory period under Korean e-commerce law (5 years)
- Story submissions: 1 year after review; deleted immediately on request. Story content is used for review only
- Quote requests: 2 years
- IP addresses: 90 days
3. Third parties and processors
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. If a talent-pool member agrees to join a specific project, name, field and portfolio may be shared with that project's client for contracting, with separate consent.

4. International transfer
Cloudflare and Google servers may be located outside Korea, including the United States. Data listed in section 1 is transferred at submission time and retained per section 2. You may refuse the transfer, in which case the forms cannot be used.
5. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing at any time by emailing morakass@morakass.com. Talent-pool profiles are deleted immediately on request.
6. Security
- Database access restricted to authenticated administrator accounts
- TLS in transit; file exchange over a dedicated FTPS server
- NDAs with all external artists
