We find stories in synopses and webtoons, develop them into original IP we hold equity in, and prove them with film, webtoon and animation pilots before scaling to full productions. We also produce series, commercials, exhibition and interactive media, supervise VFX and post in-house, and connect finished work to platforms and distributors worldwide.

Korea's content industry is split four ways: platforms only distribute, webtoon companies only hold IP, large studios only take big projects, independent distributors only select. MoraKass performs all four roles with one team from start to finish. We start small, but we keep the equity and the distribution rights.
Find
Directors, writers and webtoon artists submit synopses that build our original IP library. Instead of waiting for a platform to buy, we develop treatment, script and visual bible ourselves and turn the story into IP we hold equity in.
Make
Pilots come before features. Film teasers, webtoon-adaptation pilots and animation pilot episodes are produced lean and fast as proof for investors and platforms. VFX and post are supervised in-house.
Distribute
We pitch and sell finished work directly to Korean OTT, YouTube, international platforms, festivals and distributors. Our worldwide network of producers and platforms also connects co-productions and service production in Korea.
Own
It doesn't end with a production fee. IP equity, distribution commissions and derivative rights such as remakes, merchandise and games stay with the studio.

Film & series
CG, FX and color are layered onto the shot plate to finish a scene. We take VFX and post for features, shorts and OTT series shot by shot, and join development and co-production.

Plates and CG merge through the node graph, get graded and leave as EXR. Beyond our own titles, we take shot-based outsourcing from other producers and studios, distribute to partner studios and freelancers, and review in-house.

Original IP & distribution
Original IP that MoraKass holds equity in starts in Seoul and travels along a worldwide network of producers, platforms and distributors. We pitch directly to Korean OTT, YouTube, international platforms, festivals and independent distributors, manage derivative rights such as remakes, games and merchandise, and provide service production in Korea for overseas producers.

How we work
- Supervisor review
- Every shot delivered by an external artist passes a technical and quality review by an in-house supervisor before reaching the client. Revision rounds follow the terms written into the contract.
- Standard color pipeline
- Linear EXR workflow, CDL and LUT applied in the viewer, client-specified color space respected. Exhibition media gets separate grading and on-site checks against the installed display.
- AI-assisted development and previs
- Generative AI tools speed up references and concepts in development and previs; final work is made by artists. Client material is never used for AI training.
- Security and confidentiality
- Source and deliverables move only through our own FTPS (TLS) server with per-account folders. Every external artist signs an NDA; subcontracting scope and copyright follow the client contract.
- Creator agreements
- IP is developed as a revenue-sharing partnership with the creator. Equity split, derivative rights and credits are fixed by contract at the development stage, and public funding applications are prepared together.
